Simply tell Sigma which systems need to be upgraded and Sigma technical staff can perform the work remotely. Sigma will ensure that the work gets done with a minimum of downtime and will work with you to schedule the upgrade so that it presents a minimum of disruption to your users.
Software Upgrade Service activities include:
Pre-Upgrade:
- Check operating condition
- Check system security
- Backup system configuration
During the upgrade:
- Download the appropriate revision of Palo Alto Networks software
- Install the software
- Reboot your system
Post-Upgrade:
